In the past, tracking the progress of players recovering from injuries posed significant challenges. Traditional monitoring systems were designed to measure the performance of entire teams, leaving individual athletes at a disadvantage. This gap in monitoring capabilities not only affected the injured players but also created difficulties for coaches who struggled to assess and manage their athletes' progress when they weren't training with the team.
Individual monitoring for athletes
Recognizing this critical issue, we've developed a solution: individual monitoring for athletes. This allows for precise tracking of each player's recovery journey, even when they are training at home or away from the team.
With this new capability, players can now receive tailored feedback and personalized training plans that cater specifically to their recovery needs. Coaches, on the other hand, can stay informed about their athletes' progress in real-time, making it easier to adjust training regimens and ensure optimal recovery.
So how does individual monitoring work?
The system is made to be used separately, from the players own area. They can take the device home, and when it’s time to train there are a couple of simple steps to follow to collect the data:
You connect the PACER to your phone
Start your session
Upload your data to the online JOHAN platform
After training
You stop the device and upload the data to the platform. When the data is uploaded, not only you but also your coach can see the data of the training in the JOHAN platform.
Why would you need individual monitoring, if you are measuring a team?
This way of monitoring is not only useful when someone is injured or when there is there is a summer break, but you want your players to follow a training schedule, or train on their own time. With this new feature, no training data is lost during individual training. All data will be centralized within the online JOHAN platform and gives coaches the full physical overview of the player.
