We have complemented our GPS monitoring system with the JOHAN RPE app. This easy-to-use (mobile) app makes it possible to get insight into the readiness of players to train or play a match. Coaches can schedule these forms based on their training program. The Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) provides insights into how your players experienced the training session and how they recover from it (muscle soreness, sleep quality, fatigue levels, mood, stress).
