HC Tilburg starts with new JOHAN PACER Technology

We are delighted to announce our partnership with HC Tilburg! As a leading hockey club in the Netherlands, HC Tilburg is always looking for ways to improve performance and protect players from injuries. That’s why they have decided to use the latest technology in GPS tracking and heart rate monitoring: PACER Technology

With PACER, the coaching staff can monitor and analyze the players‘ performances during training and matches to optimize physical performance and reduce injuries. Players of HC Tilburg wear special GPS vests under their shirts that will monitor distances, speed, sprints, accelerations, decelerations, heart rate, and many more parameters.

Physical trainer Edwin van Gurp will be in charge of the PACER technology and will work closely with the Sports Science department of JOHAN Sports to gather more information about interpreting the data and translate it into practical advice for training sessions.

With this advanced technology, HC Tilburg’s players can prepare optimally for the matches and elevate their performance to the next level. We are confident that this partnership will contribute to HC Tilburg’s success and look forward to a successful season together.
